TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE STARTER RELAY (M548A3) — Continued 0255 00 INSTALLATION 1. Align starter relay (5) on generator mounting bracket (22). Secure with two screws (21), washers (20), and new locknuts (19). 2. Install lead 3 (21), new lock washer (16), and nut (15) on terminal (18). 3. Install lead 1 (17), new lock washer (11), and nut (12) on terminal (14). 4. Install circuit 74A lead (9), new lock washer (8), and nut (7) on terminal (10). 5. Install lead 2 (3), new lock washer (2), and nut (1) on terminal (4). 6. If ground leads have been removed, install new strap (6) around ground lead (13), ground lead (17), and ground lead (3). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install power plant rear access panel (see your -10). 2. Connect both battery negative leads (WP 0292 00). END OF TASK 0255 00-3/4 blank
