TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE COOLING FAN AND PULLEY (M548A3) — Continued 0236 00 INSTALLATION NOTE There is an old and a new configuration of the cooling fan and pulley. Both the old and new configurations are removed and installed the same way. Reference TM 9-2350-247-24P for correct part numbers of the grooved pulley and v-belt. 1. Install key (1) and pulley (2) on cooling fan (3) and secure with washer (4) and new lock nut (5). TIGHTEN LOCK NUT TO 75-81 LB-FT (102-110 N·M) TORQUE. Use torque wrench (WP 0541 00, Item 68). 2. Install flange (6) on cooling fan (3). Secure with six washers (7) and screws (8). TIGHTEN SCREWS TO 264-288 LB-IN (30-32 N·M) TORQUE. Use torque wrench (WP 0541 00, Item 71). 3. Install cooling fan (3) in carrier and secure with six washers (9) and screws (10). TIGHTEN SCREWS TO 264-288 LB-IN (30-32 N·M) TORQUE. Use torque wrench (WP 0541 00, Item 71) and socket wrench adapter. 0236 00-3 Change 1
