TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE COOLING FAN IDLER ARM SUPPORT (M548A3) — Continued 0233 00 INSTALLATION 1. Install idler arm support (1) on bracket (2) and secure with two screws (3) and new lock washers (4). 2. Install four washers (5), new lock washers (6), and screws (7) in idler arm support (1). Tighten screws to 264-288 lb-in (30-32 N•m) torque. 3. Install pulley (8) on hub (9). Secure with six new lock screws (10) and washers (11). Tighten lock screws to 52-56 lb-ft (70-76 N•m) torque. Use wrench socket adapter. FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install cooling fan idler arm (WP 0232 00). 2. Install and adjust cooling fan drive belt (WP 0227 00). 3. Install top access cover and grilles (see your -10). 4. Install power plant rear access panel (see your -10). END OF TASK 0233 00-3/4 blank
