TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE COOLING FAN IDLER ARM SUPPORT (M548A3) — Continued 0233 00 REMOVAL 1. Remove six lock screws (1) and washers (2) securing pulley (3) to hub (4). Discard lock screws. 2. Install three jack screws (3/8 x 1 inch) in pulley (3) holes and progressively tighten screws to loosen pulley. 3. Remove pulley (3). 4. Remove four screws (5), lock washers (6), and washers (7) from idler arm support (8). Discard lock washers. 5. Remove two screws (9), lock washers (10), and idler arm support (8) from bracket (11). Discard lock washers. INSPECTION 1. Inspect fan idler arm support for bent or cracked condition. Replace support that shows either of these defects. 0233 00-2
