TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE RADIATOR TUBES, HOSES, AND FITTINGS (M548A1) — Continued 0219 00 INSTALLATION 1. Put a thin coat of sealing compound on both sides of gaskets (19) and on threads of screws (17). 2. Install new gasket (19) and radiator outlet elbow (15) on radiator (20). Secure with two screws (17) and new tab washers (18). 3. Install new gasket (1) and radiator inlet elbow (2) on radiator (3). Secure with two screws (4) and new tab washers (5). 4. Connect radiator inlet tube (6) to radiator inlet elbow (2) with hose (7). Secure with two clamps (8). 5. Install new grommet (9) on coolant inlet tube (10). 6. Connect coolant inlet tube (10) to radiator inlet tube (6) with hose (7). Secure with two clamps (8). 7. Install new grommet (9) on coolant outlet tube (11). 8. Connect coolant outlet tube (11) to radiator outlet elbow (12) with hose (7). Secure with two clamps (8). 9. If removed, install one clamp (13) on coolant inlet tube (10) and one clamp (13) on coolant outlet tube (11). Secure clamps to hull with two screws (14) and lock nuts (15). 0219 00-8
