TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE RADIATOR TUBES, HOSES, AND FITTINGS (M548A1) — Continued 0219 00 REMOVAL NOTE Remove only those tubes, hoses, clamps, and fittings necessary to perform required maintenance. 1. Remove screw (1) and lock washer (2) that secure two clamps (3) and vent hose (4) and vent hose (5) to weldnut (6). Discard lock washer. 2. Loosen two clamps (7) that secure hose (4) and hose (5) to radiator manifold (8). 3. Loosen two clamps (9) that secure hose (4) and hose (5) to thermostat housing elbow (10) and vent hose elbow (11). Remove hoses and clamps. 4. Remove manifold (8) from radiator (12). 5. Remove two grommets (13) from hose (4) and hose (5). Discard grommets. 6. Remove plug (14) from thermostat housing (15). 7. Remove elbow (10) from thermostat housing (15). 0219 00-2
