TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE RADIATOR AND SEALS (M548A3) — Continued 0216 00 INSTALLATION 1. Lubricate four mounts (1) with water and install on radiator supports (2). 2. Install two radiator supports (2) on radiator (3) and secure with four washers (4) and screws (5). Tighten screws to 360-420 lb-in (41-47 N•m). 3. Install four new seals (6) as follows: a. Apply thin layer of adhesive to mounting surfaces of four seals (6) and radiator bulkhead (7). Allow to dry. b. Miter seals at corner for good fit. Join seals (6) and radiator bulkhead (7) surfaces together firmly. 0216 00-4
