TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE RADIATOR AND SEAL (M548A1) — Continued 0215 00 7. Secure two mounts (10) to two radiator brackets (11) with eight screws (12) and two plates (13). 8. Install two screws (14) through two mounts (10) into insert (15) to secure radiator (7) to hull. 9. Remove lifting device from radiator. FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install exhaust pipes (WP 0209 00) and muffler (WP 0206 00). 2. Install radiator tubes, hoses, and fittings (WP 0219 00). 3. Fill cooling system (WP 0212 00). 4. Install hull bottom access cover (WP 0383 00). C A U T I O N Stop engine if coolant temperature gauge indicates above 230 F (110 C). Serious damage to engine may result. 5. Start engine (see your -10). Run engine until coolant temperature reaches 160 -230 F (71 -110 C). 6. Check radiator and hoses, tubes, and fittings for leaks. 7. Stop engine (see your -10). Remove radiator cap slowly and check coolant level. 8. Add coolant to bring level to bottom of filler neck (WP 0212 00). 9. Install power plant rear access cover/door (see your -10). 10. Lower center seat (see your -10). END OF TASK 0215 00-6
