TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE EXHAUST PIPE (M548A3) — Continued 0210 00 INSTALLATION 1. Install two new gaskets (1), rings (2), and V-clamps (3) on joint (4). 2. Assemble joint (4), lower elbow (5), and upper elbow (6). Tighten two V-clamps (3) on joint. 3. Install upper clamp (7) and upper elbow (6) on muffler (8) and lower clamp (9) and lower elbow (5) on turbocharger. Torque upper clamp (7) 100 to 110 lb-in (12 to 13 N•m). Tighten two V-clamps (3) on joint (4) until V-clamp gap is 0.250-0.750 inches (6.35-19.05 mm). 4. Install insulation (10) and secure with new lock wire (11). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install rear compartment cover and bows (as needed) (WP 0417 00). 2. Install top access cover and grilles (see your -10). END OF TASK 0210 00-3/4 blank
