TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE FUEL CUTOFF CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY (M548A3) — Continued 0205 00 6. Loosen nut (11) on back of fuel cutoff control cable assembly (6). NOTE When pulling fuel cutoff control cable assembly through the instrument panel mounting hole, do not let the securing nut or washer fall off the end and get lost. 7. Remove fuel cutoff control cable assembly (6) from carrier by pulling it through the instrument panel mounting hole. Remove nut (11) and washer (12) from carrier. Remove grommet (13) from bulkhead if damaged. 8. Remove cotter pin (14) and washer (15) securing pin (7) to engine governor fuel cutoff lever (16). Remove pin (7). Discard cotter pin. CLEANING 1. Inspect fuel cutoff control cable assembly for broken or binding cable and defective locking action. Replace fuel cutoff control cable assembly that shows these defects. 0205 00-2
