INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0541 00, Item 57) M a t e r i a l s / P a r t s Lock nut (2) P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic R e f e r e n c e s See your -10 E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Governor throttle arm adjusted (WP 0198 00) Center seat raised (see your -10) Left center seat floor plate raised (WP 0394 00) ADJUSTMENT NOTE Toe stop screw (2) may be mounted on hull or accelerator pedal. Loosen and adjust screw the same way in either location. 1. Adjust throttle pedal to full throttle and idle positions as follows: a. Loosen jam nut (1) on toe stop screw (2). Turn toe stop screw (2) in to allow free movement of throttle pedal (3). b. Loosen jam nut (4) on detent stop screw (5). Turn detent stop screw (5) in to allow free movement of throttle pedal (3). 0199 00-1
