TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE THROTTLE PEDAL LINKAGE (M548A1) — Continued 0197 00 11. Place cross shaft bracket (1) on transmission with holes aligned. Secure bracket to transmission with two key washers (2) and screws (3). NOTE If bearings are to be replaced in cross shaft bracket, notify your supervisor. These bearings require reaming after installation. 12. Install outer cross shaft (4) in cross shaft bracket (1). 13. Install key (5) and bellcrank (6) on inner cross shaft (7). 14. Install screw (8) in bellcrank (6). Secure with new lock nut (9). 15. Install transmission throttle link (10) on transmission throttle valve arm (11). Secure with screw (12) and new lock nut (13). 16. Install transmission throttle link (10) on bellcrank (6). Secure with screw (14) and new lock nut (15). 17. Install throttle control link bearing (16) on bellcrank (6). Secure with screw (17) and new lock nut (18). 18. Install range selector link (19) on outer cross shaft (4). Secure with screw (20) and new lock nut (21). 19. Install range selector control link (22) on outer cross shaft (4). Secure with screw (23) and new lock nut (24). 20. Install bearing (25) and jam nut (26) on throttle pedal link (27). Secure with jam nut. 21. Lubricate inner cross shaft (7) with grease before installing throttle pedal link (27) and bearing (25). 22. Install throttle pedal link (27) and bearing (25) on inner cross shaft (7). 0197 00-6
