TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE AIR BOX HEATER HARNESS AND IGNITION CABLE (M548A3) — Continued 0183 00 REMOVAL 1. Remove two nuts (1), washers (2), and wiring harness (3) from air pump (4). 2. Remove screw (5), three leads (6), and copper washer (7) from air box heater (8). Discard copper washer. 3. Remove wiring harness (3) from solenoid valve (9). 4. Disconnect ignition cable (10) from ignition coil (11) and air box heater (8). INSTALLATION 1. Install wiring harness (3) with two washers (2) and nuts (1) to air pump (4). 2. Install new copper washer (7), three leads (6), and screw (5) on air box heater (8). 3. Connect wiring harness (3) to solenoid valve (9). 4. Connect ignition cable (10) to ignition coil (11) and air box heater (8). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install power plant rear access panel (see your -10). 2. Connect both battery negative leads (WP 0292 00). 3. Lower center seat (see your -10). END OF TASK 0183 00-2
