TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE AIR BOX HEATER HOSES, TUBES, AND FITTINGS (M548A1) — Continued 0180 00 INSTALLATION NOTE Before installing threaded hardware, put sealing compound on all male threads. Do not put sealing compound beyond small end of tapered threads. 1. Place support (1) and bracket (2) on engine. Secure with screw (3), two washers (4), two more screws (5), and washers (6). 2. Install air box ignition coil (WP 0184 00). 3. Install air pump (WP 0191 00). 4. Connect hose (7) to air pump (8) and air pump check valve (9). 5. Connect hose (10) to air pump check valve (9). Connect adapter (11), elbow (12), and hose (10) to air box heater (13). 6. Install screw (14), washer (15), and clamp (16) to secure hose (10) to engine. 7. Connect elbow (17) to air box heater (13). Connect elbow (18) to solenoid valve (19). 8. Connect fuel tube (20) to elbow (17) and elbow (18). 9. Connect elbow (21) and adapter (22) to solenoid valve (19). 10. Connect hose (23) to elbow (21) and to tee (24). 11. Secure hose (23) to engine with two screws (25), washers (26), and clamps (27). 0180 00-3
