TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE AIR SEPARATOR TO FUEL TANK TUBES, HOSES, AND FITTINGS (M548A3) — Continued 0173 00 6. Install new preformed packing (1) and elbow (2) in air separator tank (3). 7. Install cap (4) on drain hose (5). 8. Connect drain hose (5) to elbow (2). 9. Install air separator tank (3) in carrier (WP 0171 00). 10. Install new grommet (6) in bulkhead. Route vehicle compartment heater tube (7) through grommet. 11. Connect adapter (8) to fuel return line (9). 12. Connect vehicle compartment heater tube (7) to adapter (8). 13. Install fuel line (10) in air separator tank (3). 14. Install tee (11) on fuel line (10). 15. Connect vehicle compartment heater tube (7) and cap (12) to tee (11). 16. Install new grommet (13) in bulkhead. Route fuel return hose (14) through grommet. 0173 00-9
