Always disconnect the battery negative lead(s) first and connect it last. Don’t cause sparks. Hydrogen explosions can cause serious injury. Battery acid can blind or burn you. Do not get acid on your skin or in your eyes. WARNING Battery posts and cables touched by metal objects can short circuit and burn or injure you. Use caution when you work with tools and other metal objects. Do not wear jewelry when you work on electrical system. Electrical current can burn you.
