For crew level PMCS, see your -10. MAINTENANCE FORMS AND RECORDS The forms and records you fill out have many uses. They are a permanent record of the service, repairs, and changes made to your vehicle. They also tell you whether faults have been repaired. WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS Always observe the WARNINGS and CAUTIONS appearing in the PMCS tables BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER you operate the equipment.
