TM 9-2350-247-20-1 BLACKOUT MARKER LIGHT(S) AND/OR TAILLIGHT(S) DO NOT OPERATE—Continued 0040 00 2Y 1. Locate failing light(s). 2. Remove circuit 20 plug (1) (BO marker) and/or circuit 24 plug (2) (BO taillight) from failing light jack. 3. Measure voltage between plug pin and ground. 4. Does multimeter read less than 17 volts? YES NO 2YN 1. Replace faulty light bulb. For blackout marker light (WP 0280 00). For left/right taillight (WP 0278 00). 2. Verify no faults found. 3Y 1. Check to see if BO marker light is not operating. 2. Is one BO marker light not operating? YES NO 3YN 1. Repair main wiring harness circuit 24 (WP 0294 00). 2. Verify no faults found. 4Y 1. Check and see if right BO marker light is out. 2. Is right BO marker light out? YES NO 4YN 1. Repair main wiring harness circuit 20 (WP 0294 00). 2. Verify no faults found. 5Y 1. Install wiring harness circuit 20 jack on right BO marker light. 2. Repair main harness circuit 20 (WP 0294 00). 3. Verify no faults found. 0040 00-2
