Manually rotate ventilating fan drive shaft pulley (1). 4. Does fan spin freely? YES NO BYN 1. Faulty fan. 2. Notify your supervisor. 2BY 1. Inspect drive pulley (1), drive pulley (2), and idler pulley (3). 2. Are pulleys secure and operating properly? YES NO 2BYN 1. Replace crankshaft pulley (WP 0238 00), and/or fan pulley (WP 0236 00), and/or idler pulley (WP 0229 00). 2. Verify no faults found. 0008 00-5/6 blank 3BY 1. Faulty fan drive gearbox. 2. Notify your supervisor.
