TB 9-2350-277-40&P-1 INSTALLATION PROCEDURES – Continued 0005 00 0005 00-5 NOTE The GPS cable is part of the GPS Kit. The RCU and power harness are part of the CREW II modification kit. 3. From inside, route the GPS cable (31), RCU cable (33), and power harness (32) thru the cable adapter seal (21) out and over the rear of the carrier. Pull the cables until the connectors extend over the CREW II mount assembly (1). 4. Secure cables to the CREW II mount assembly (1) using two clamps (27) screws (26) and locknuts (28). Position clamps in opposite directions but do not tighten until Steps 5-8 are competed. 5. Measure and pull GPS cable (31) to extend 9 inches beyond rear clamp (27). 6. Measure and pull RCU cable (33) to extend 11 inches beyond rear of clamp (27). 7. Measure and pull power harness (32) to extend 14-1/2 inches beyond rear of clamp (27). 8. Tighten two screws (26) and locknuts (28) on clamps (27) securing cables to CREW II mount assembly (1). 9. Attach ground strap (29) to top of CREW II mount assembly (1) using screw (10), lockwasher (5), and locknut (30). Figure 4. Cable Positioning and Installation
