TM 9-2920-258-30&P 3 Align S.R. end housing (1) to stator assembly (2) using previously scribed marks. Secure in place with seven screws (42) and seven Iockwashers (43). 3-16 3-8 ALTERNATOR REPAIR (cont.) c Assembly 1 Pins must be soldered to their leads (ref TB SIGm 222). Install pins (44) into connector assembly(41). 2 Install bearing (33) into S.R. end housing (1). Align bearing retainer (32) and brush rigging retainer assembly (31) from inside S.R. end housing (1). Secure in place with four screws (30).
