TM9-2815-202-34 3-9. AIRBOX DRAINS REMOVAL/lNSTALLATION This task covers: a. Removal b. Installation INITIAL SETUP MODELS TOOLS AND SPECIAL TOOLS All General mechanics tool kit (App B, Item 96) a. Removal NOTE Airbox drains are located on both sides of the cylinder block below the air box covers. (1) Unscrew connector (1) from 90 degree elbow (2) securing air box drain tubes (3) to side of block. (2) Remove air box drain tubes. b. Installation (1) Install air box drain tubes (3) in 90 degree elbow (2) located on both sides of the engine. (2) Tighten END OF TASK connector (1). 3-34 Change 1
