Squarely cut end of hose and remove loose particles. WARNING Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing. To avoid Injury or death, keep away from open fire and use it in well- ventilated area. If adhesive, solvent, or sealing compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water. 2 Coat threads of long hexagon head bolt with sealing compound. 3 Install long hexagon head bolt inside hose. 4 Secure with two hose clamps. Position clamp screws 180 degrees to each other. 5 Record the BDAR action taken. When mission is complete, as soon as practical, repair the equipment/system using standard maintenance procedures. 11-26
