TM 9-2350-311-34-2 CHAPTER 7 DIRECT SUPPORT MAINTENANCE OF RAMMER SYSTEM GENERAL This chapter illustrates and describes maintenance of the weapon mounted projectile rammer system. The rammer as- sembly is a hydraulically powered device which is controlled by a hand operated actuating valve assembly. No electrical circuits are used in the system. A second valve in the system, the blocking check valve, prevents rammer assembly from being operated unless it is correctly alined with the chamber.
