Installation INITIAL SETUP Tools Artillery and turret mechanic’s tool kit (SC 5180–95–CL–A12) Materials/Parts Key washer (item 26, Appx G) a. Removal 1 Unlock key washer (1). 2 Remove round nut (2), key washer (1), and handwheel assembly (3) from shouldered shaft (4). Discard key washer. b. Installation 1 Install handwheel assembly (3) on shouldered shaft (4). 2 Install new key washer (1) and round nut (2). 3 Bend tab of key washer (1) over round nut (2) to lock. 4 3 1 2
