Lift out joint assembly (6). 4 Slide flange assembly (3) off final drive. Flange plug is installed in flange assembly, do not remove. 5 Remove bolt (7) and adapter Iockplate (8). Slide adapter (5) off transmission. b. Disassembly 1 Remove four Iockwires (9) and eight screws (10). Discard Iockwires. 2 3 Separate two journal assemblies (11 ) from center plate (1 2). Remove two Iockwires (13), four screws (14), two bumper retainers (15), and two bumpers (16) from center plate (12). Discard Iockwires. 10-58
