TM 9-2350-311-20-1 9-15 HAND THROTTLE GOVERNOR CONTROL ROD — CONTINUED Adjustment — Continued 7 8 9 10 11 Tighten nut (9). Install rod (6), flat washer (4), clevis pin (5), and new cotter pin (3). Remove dowel pins in positioning holes (1 and 8). Start engine with throttle control closed. Check tachometer. Engine should beat idle speed (650 to 750 rpm). 9-54
