Removal — Continued 20 21 22 23 24 Pull out quick-release pin (62), remove two screws (63) from bracket and pulley (64), and disconnect governor fuel shutoff cable (65). Lay cable on hull. Loosen two clamps (66) and pull hose (67) away from engine compartment access cover (68). Remove 12 screws (69), 12 Iockwashers (70), and access cover (68). Discard Iockwashers. Turn engine mount release shaft (71 ) counterclockwise to loosen engine mount. NOTE Position of primary fuel filter differs in M109A2 and M109A3 Howitzers (para 1-15). Disconnect primary fuel filter input hose (72) quick disconnect (73). 4-18
