ALTERNATOR CIRCUIT (M109A4/M109A5) — ALTERNATOR FAILS TO CHARGE BATTERIES; GAGE CONTINUED INDICATION: NOT CHARGING, UNSTEADY OR INACCURATE READING — CONTINUED CONTINUED FROM STEP A [ 1. Disconnect lead 40A from BATTERY indicator. 2. Place red lead of multimeter in lead 40A and black lead to ground. 3. Turn MASTER switch ON and check for voltage. 4. Turn MASTER switch OFF.
