TM 9-2350-311-20-1 If display shows GO, check cables and connections to starter and repeat step 7, Figure 3, sheet 20. Go to step 4, Figure 3, sheet 17 and perform test on next battery. After completing repair, rerun GO CHAIN tests to verify that problem is fixed and that no other problems exist. Start at GO 1 (Figure 2, sheet 1). Check battery connections and repeat step 7, Figure 3, sheet 20. NOTE If display shows .9.9.9.9, clean and tighten connections on battery and repeat step 7, Figure 3, sheet 20. If battery fails in freezing weather, crank engine for 5 seconds and retest. This will warm battery slightly. - If battery has been charged, replace battery. - Go to step 4, Figure 3, sheet 17 and perform test on next battery.
