Use caution to avoid injury to personnel. 1 Before installing bore evacuator (10), clean and lubricate (item 14, Appx G). NOTE • Never replace check balls with standard bearing balls. • Valve ring should be replaced if cracked or deformed. Notify unit maintenance for replacement. 2 Install ten check balls (14) and slide valve ring (13) rearward. 3 Slide bore evacuator (10) rearward on cannon tube (6) and screw bore evacuator into position. 3-56 Change 2
