On front cover, beneath “Headquarters, Department of the Army”, add “Distribution Statement A: Approved for public release; distribution is unlimited.” Also add below (NSN 2350-01-031-8851) the following “HOWITZER, MEDIUM, SELF-PROPELLED: 155MM, M109A4 (NSN 2350-01-277-5770)”. 3. New or changed material is indicated by a vertical bar in the outside margin of text changes. 4. Remove old pages and insert new pages in manual as indicated below. File this change sheet in back of manual for reference.
