ARMY TM 9-1294-365-24&P C.3.2.1 Source Code . The source code tells you how to get an item needed for maintenance, repair, or overhaul of an end item or equipment item. Explanations of source codes follow: Code Explanation PA Stocked items; use the applicable NSN to requisition items with these source PB codes. They are authorized to the level indicated by the code entered in the PC** third position of the SM&R code. PD PE PF **NOTE: Items coded PC are subject to deterioration. PG KD Items with these codes are not to be requested/requisitioned individually. KF They are part of a kit, which is authorized to the maintenance level, indicated KB in the third position of the SM&R code. The complete kit must be requisi- tioned and applied. MO - (Made at unit AVUM Level) MF - (Made at DS AVIM Level) Items with these codes are not to be requested/requisitioned individually.
