Turn switch on, and check to see if both lamps light. a. b. c. d. e. Replace batteries. Refer to TM 9-1290-262-10. Replace defective lamps (p 2-8). If lamps still do not light, replace M51 instrument light. Clean and stretch compression spring in cap. Clean battery contact at base of switch. Step 2. Rotate switch to check bracket lamp.
