Marine Corps personnel, if your M2A2 aiming circle has a defect or nonconforming condition which limits or prohibits the item from fulfilling its intended purpose submit a Product Quality Deficiency Report in accordance with MCO 4855.10 (Product Quality Deficiency Report) and TM 4700- 15/1 (Equipment Record Procedures). Marine Corps personnel, if your M2A2 aiming circle needs improvement which relates directly to savings in manhours, materials, supplies, equipment, or money, or to increased effectiveness in carrying out the programs or missions of your Command, refer to MCO 1650.17 (Beneficial Suggestion Awards Program).
