Using pilot tube mandrel, install pilot tube (4) in housing (5) until groove (6) in pilot tube (4) aligns with vent hole (7) in housing (5). Using drive shaft bearing installer, install drive shaft bearing (3) in housing (5). Go to step 11. Inspect drive shaft bearing (3) for roughness or damage. If rough or damaged, perform steps 9 and 10. If not, go to step 11. Remove drive shaft bearing (3) from housing (5) and discard bearing (3). Using drive shaft bearing installer, install driveshaft bearing (3) in housing (5).
