Remove four nuts (9), lockwashers (171, and seat (2) from absorber (21). Discard lockwashers (17). Remove four locknuts (31, washers (41, capscrews (161, and absorber (21) from slide set (11). Discard locknuts (3). 4. 5. Remove four nuts (91, lockwashers (171, and seat (2) from riser (6). Discard lockwashers (17). Remove four locknuts (31,washers (4), capscrews (161, riser (61,and tray (5) from slide set (11). Discard locknuts (3). 6. Remove two nuts (181, capscrews (201, loop (19), and strap (1) from riser (6). 7. Inspect velcro strip (7) on riser (6) and replace if damaged. Remove four locknuts (13), washers (121, socket-head screws (81, lockwashers (lo), height adjuster (141, and cover (15) from slide set (11). Discard locknuts (13) and lockwashers (10). NOTE Perform steps 2 and 3 for Ml114 models only. Perform steps 4 through 7 for Ml113 models only. b. Assembly NOTE Perform steps 1 through 3 for Ml113 models only. Perform steps 4 and 5 for Ml114 models only. 1. Install strap (1) and loop (19) on riser (6) with two capscrews (20) and nuts (18). 2. Install tray (5) and riser (6) on slide set (11) with four capscrews (161, washers (41, and locknuts (3). 3. Install seat (2) on riser (6) with four lockwashers (17) and nuts (9). 4. Install absorber (21) on slide set (11) with four capscrews (161, washers (41, and locknuts (3). 5. Install seat (2) on absorber (21) with four lockwashers (17) and nuts (9). 6. Install height adjuster (14) and cover (15) on slide set (11) with four lockwashers (lb), socket-head screws (81, washers (121, and locknuts (13). 1 O-70
