Remove four capscrews (18), lockwashers (191, and washers (201 from plate (16) and splash shield bracket (8). Discard lockwashers (19). Remove two hex-head screws (111, harness (141, clamp (15), plate (161, and spring nuts (13) and (171 from headlight housing (12). Remove four nuts (35), capscrews (36), and plate (16) from connector (34). Remove locknut (lo), washer (91, capscrew (25), and washer (26) from splash shield (11 and support bracket (24). Discard locknut (10). NOTE Perform steps 6 and 7 for Ml113 models only. Remove locknut (71, washers (61 and (211, capscrews (27) and (281, washers (23) and (291, and clamp (22) from splash shield (1) and airlift bracket (5). Discard locknut (7). Remove locknut (30), washer (311, capscrew (21, and vent line clamp (321 from splash shield (1). Discard locknut (30). Remove screw (31, washer (41, and splash shield (1) from airlift bracket (5). b.
