General Safety Instructions ______________________ • Do not attempt to remove gas cylinders from spring rods. • An assistant will be required to hold the cargo door open when either one or both gas springs are being removed or installed. Maintenance Level Unit TM 9-2320-387-24-2 Change 1 11-41 NOTE • Prior to starting any maintenance, ensure forward end of cargo shell door is locked. • A 2x4x79.25 in. board can used to support cargo door in the open position. 1. Secure rear cargo door (1) in full open position. a. Rotating BOARD 1
