REASON FOR QUESTlON If either resistance reading is too high, the batteries are probably weak and may not produce enough power. r 82 1 CHECK THE VOLTAGE DROP ACROSS ALL CABLES IN THE BAll-ERY BOX (SEE NOTE AT RIGHT) AND THE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE CABLES TO THE STARTER. ARE ALL VOLTAGE DROPS LESS THAN 0.25 VOLT? ITEST I OPTIONS 1. STEIlCE-R TEST 69 (Page 2-506) 2. MULTIMETER REASON FOR QUESTION Everything else has checked OK. These cables are the only thing in the battery circuit we haven’t tested. 1 I NO FAULTS FOUND.
