TM 9-2320-362-14&P Table 3-2. Unit Troubleshooting MALFUNCTION TEST OR INSPECTION CORRECTIVE ACTION 1. HAND THROTTLE WILL NOT OPERATE PROPERLY Step 1. Start engine (TM 9-2320-280-10) and let engine come to normal idle speed of 650 RPM (± 25 RPM). Step 2. Push hand throttle release button to ensure it moves freely. If hand replace If hand step 3.
