Inspect front output shaft rear bearing (6). If damaged, perform steps 17 and 18. If not, go to step 19. 17. Using slide hammer, slide hammer adapter, and bearing remover, remove bearing (6) from rear case (5). 18. Using driver handle and front output shaft rear bearing installer, install bearing (6) in rear case (5). 19. Inspect input gear front and rear bearings (7). If damaged, perform steps 20 through 22. If not, go to step 23. 20. Using driver handle and input gear bearing remover, remove both bearings (7) from front case (3) at the same time. 18-13
