(4.7 mm) diameter Direct support (Appendix E, Item 211) Insulation varnish (Appendix B, Item 27) Fuel oil (Appendix B, Item 16) Fuel oil (Appendix B, Item 16) Testing and Adjustment WARNING • Diesel fuel is highly flammable. Do not perform this procedure near fire, flames, or sparks. Severe injury or death will result. • Do not operate heater in enclosed areas. Exhaust gases can kill. Make sure work area is well-ventilated and exhaust fumes are routed away from test area. NOTE • Make sure heater is placed in its normal operating position in holding fixture. • Use DF-2 grade diesel fuel for bench testing. • Testing is to be performed in an area of surrounding temperature of 50°F (10°C) or higher. 14-76
