H3 IDLE ENGINE AT 1200-1500 RPM. DOES VOLTAGE ON 14 VOLT OUTPUT TERMINAL (YELLOW INSULATOR) MEASURE BETWEEN 13.4-14.6 VOLTS? NO IF OUTPUT VOLTAGE IS NOT CORRECT, REPLACE REGULATOR (Para 4-5.14) RECHECK VOLTAGE. IF VOLTAGE IS STILL NOT CORRECT, REPLACE ALTERNATOR (Para 4-5.12) YES
