Each consists of one piece of 3/8-inch, 6 x 10, IWRC wire  rope, length as required (about 12 feet). Form a complete loop between tie-  down provision and appropriate semitrailer stake pocket. The angle between  the tiedowns and the semitrailer deck should be as close to 45 degrees as  possible. The wire rope ends should overlap at least 24 inches.  5-2
