2-29 TB 9-2320-335-13&P Replace brake pads (para. 7-3.1). The minimum brake pad thickness is 3/16 in. (4.8 mm). Replace service brake rotor(s) (para. 7-12.1). The only way the rotors can be sticking is if the calipers are not releasing fully. Remove calipers. clean and lubricate guide pins with grease. Replace and clean brake caliper (para. 7-4.1). NOTE When parking brake handle is pulled the parking brake is applied to the left and right rear brake service rotors.
