Disassembly INITIAL SETUP: Tools General mechanic’s tool kit: automotive (Appendix B, Item 1) Manual References TM 9-2320-387-24P Equipment Condition • Cooling system drained (TM 9-2320-387-24-1). • Right underbody extension armor (integrated) removed (TM 9-2320-387-24-2). Equipment Condition (cont’d) • Fuel tank removed (TM 9-2320-387-24-1). • Right front underbody armor (integrated) removed (TM 9-2320-387-24-2). • Right side body mounts loosened (TM 9-2320-387-24-2). Maintenance Level Direct support NOTE It may be necessary to jack right side of body up in order to access cooler lines. 1. Remove hose clamps (3) and (5) and hose (4) from tubes (2) and (6). 2. Remove hose clamps (8) and (10) and hose (9) from tubes (7) and elbow (1). 3. Remove hose clamps (11) and (13) and hose (12) from tubes (14) and (20). 4.
