Install ground strap (23) on left overhead rail (8) with capscrew (19) and two lockwashers (18). 23-16. Locate, mark, and drill one 0.281-in. diameter hole (20) in antenna overcab mount (3). 23-17. Remove paint from vicinity of antenna overcab mount hole (20). Apply anti-seize compound as required. 23-18. Install ground strap (23) on antenna overcab mount (3) with capscrew (24), two lockwashers (18), washer (21), and nut (22). 23-19.
