A degree is a unit of horizontal clockwise angular measurement that is equal to 1/360 of a circle. Degrees may be converted to mils by multiplying the number of degrees by approximately 17.8 (mils = number of degrees X 6,400 รท 360). Cardinal Directions 3-23.
