The methods will depend on the type of instruments available, IPADS, IPADS-G, time available, and training status of survey personnel. SUPPLY AND MAINTENANCE INFORMATION 2-52. The survey SOP should include pertinent information on supply procedures, stock levels, and maintenance responsibilities for all survey personnel. COMMUNICATIONS 2-53. The survey SOP should include information on using radios, telephones, visual signals, and electronic protection procedures.
